Our Vision
The mission of THRIVE is to break the cycle of homelessness by providing ethical, person-centered supportive services that produce industry-leading outcomes while fostering sustainable self-sufficiency, and long-term wellness.
Why THRIVE?
The launch of our initiative, THRIVE, was fueled by our steadfast commitment and dedication to assisting individuals who have been entangled in survival behaviors for prolonged periods, often spanning years or even decades, as a result of homelessness. These individuals are often embroiled in a myriad of challenges that make daily life a constant struggle. These hurdles might include substance abuse, severe mental health issues, the perpetual worry of food insecurity, the burden of having little to no income, and the isolation that comes from a distinct lack of support systems.
In response to this, we have seen the opportunity to offer supportive services when it comes to residents in permanent supportive housing. However, our commitment doesn't stop at merely providing a roof over their heads. Instead, we go above and beyond, providing an array of supportive resources and services tailored to meet their unique needs. Our mission is not just about providing temporary relief; it is about equipping these individuals with the necessary tools and support they need to truly thrive.
By providing these comprehensive services, we are not merely responding to an immediate need, but we are also confidently forging a clear and achievable pathway towards their success. In doing so, we aim to counteract the potential for failure, empowering each individual to take control of their lives and paving the way for a brighter, more stable future.
A message from our Executive Director & Founder
“Hello there! I'm Angel Sivori. Over the past few years, I've had the distinct honor of working with residents in permanent supportive housing. These residents include individuals, honorable veterans, and families who have unfortunately found themselves without a home. I've witnessed firsthand the need for greater assistance in their rehabilitation back into society.
At THRIVE, our vision extends far beyond just providing a roof over their heads. We aspire to offer the necessary support and resources that are integral for these individuals to build and lead the life they truly desire, and more importantly, a life where they can THRIVE. The term THRIVE is an acronym for Teach, Humanity, Resiliency, Inspire, Vision, and Excellence. These are the guiding principles that our program embodies, and they form the core of our mission and approach.
As the dedicated leader of our hardworking team of Case Managers and Resource Coordinators, I am always ready and delighted to provide excellent assistance. We are committed to overcoming any challenges our residents may encounter head-on. We believe in proactive problem-solving and are always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure the well-being and success of our residents.”
